At NOVAZA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something doesn't meet your expectations, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Note: By placing an order with NOVAZA, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Cancellation & Modification

How do I change or cancel my order? If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our support team within 12 hours of placing it. Please include your order number and the requested modification.

  • Within 12 Hours: We can assist with cancellations and modifications.
  • After 12 Hours: Orders enter production quickly. Once production has begun, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.

Important Notes:

  • Personalized or custom Hawaiian shirts cannot be canceled or modified once production starts.
  • During peak seasons (especially around America 250 celebrations), response times may be slightly longer.

Replacement & Refund

We stand behind the quality of every NOVAZA Hawaiian shirt. We prioritize replacements and refunds to provide the fastest resolution possible.

Eligibility for Refund & Replacement You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a replacement or refund for eligible issues.

Eligible Reasons:

  • Manufacturing defect or poor print quality
  • Damaged during shipping (torn, stained, etc.)
  • Wrong size or wrong item received
  • Product significantly different from description or images
  • Lost in transit (after shipping carrier confirmation)

Exclusions (Not Eligible for Refund):

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
  • Refused delivery
  • Items worn, washed, or altered
  • Personalized/custom designed shirts (unless defective)

How To Request A Return or Refund

  1. Contact us at support@novaza.shop within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue.
  3. Wait for our team to review and approve your request (usually within 24–48 hours).

Note: All returns must be authorized before shipping back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
