When will I receive my order?

Production: 3–5 business days. Shipping: 7–10 business days. Total: 10–15 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

What is your return policy?

We offer 30 days to return unused items in original packaging. Custom designed Hawaiian shirts have limited returns.

What if my shirt arrives damaged?

Contact support@novaza.shop with photos and your order number. We will replace or refund quickly.

How do I care for my Hawaiian shirt?

Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not bleach or iron directly on prints.
